Basic Service

Basic Services and Fees

  • Acknowledgments: $10 per signature

  • Jurats: $15 per signature

  • Oaths/Affirmations: $15 per person

  • Copy Certification: $10 per copy

  • Mobile Notary (within 10 miles): $35 travel fee + standard notarization fee

  • Additional Travel: $1 per mile beyond 10 miles

  • After-Hours/Emergency Appointments: $25 surcharge

  • Loan Signings: Pricing varies by package; please contact us for a quote

Intermediate notary services at Banks Rustic Seal include mobile notarizations for standard documents, loan signing coordination, apostille assistance, and remote online notarization (where available). Fees are structured to balance value and convenience:

  • Base notarization: $15 per signature

  • Mobile travel fee: $35 within 10 miles; $1 per additional mile

  • After-hours/weekend service: $25 surcharge

  • Loan signing coordination: $75 flat fee

  • Remote online notarization (RON): $20 per signature

  • Apostille assistance: $60 processing fee plus government charges

  • Document printing/scanning: $0.25 per page

Advance Services and Fees

We offer expedited advance services to ensure timely processing and delivery of funds for mortgage closings, escrow disbursements, and real estate transactions. Common advance options include same-day advances, next-business-day advances, and conditional advances based on documentation provided.

Fees are transparent and competitive:

  • Same-day advance: flat fee plus percentage of advance amount

  • Next-business-day advance: lower flat fee

  • Conditional/document-dependent advance: fee varies with documentation complexity

  • Returned-item or adjustment fees: assessed if funds must be recovered or corrected
